| I just ordered these shoes which I love but have to return as they are hugh. I wear a 9 1/2 but they were like a 10 1/2. There was at least an inch more of shoe than my foot. I then wanted to return them for a smaller size but guess what, you can't get a replacement because Amazon feels they didn't make the mistake with the size since I did order a 9 1/2 so I have to get a refund and then I guess reorder if I still want them. I don't think this is very customer friendly do you????? How am I suppose to know that they may be mismarked or just run very large. There were no previous reviews to check out before I ordered so I ordered the size I wear but they definately were unbelieveably large. I just emailed Amazon with my concerns so I am waiting to hear from them as to my replacement concerns so we will just have to see. I may not be using them anymore if I feel they are not being accommodating due to this really not being my error but perhaps a manufacturing error in sizing. |
